Apple officially unveiled the HomePod mini 2 as part of its Welcome Home announcements. The speaker keeps its compact spherical form but introduces pink and green finishes next to blue, white, and midnight, powered by the S10 chip with Sound Glow that matches album art. Pre-orders opened October 13 at $149, with store availability on October 30. Full Siri AI arrives later via software update when paired with an Apple Intelligence device.
