Apple seeded iOS 27.2 beta 3 to developers on October 5, build 24B5099f, with matching betas for iPadOS, macOS 27.2 Golden Gate (26B5101f), watchOS, tvOS, and visionOS. The notes rewrite App Tracking Transparency for parts of the EU: an expanded prompt is required in France, Germany, Italy, Poland, and Romania, with yearly re-prompting. That is a regulatory change, not a new Siri feature drop. iPhone Duo, due October 23, is still slated to ship on iOS 27.1 rather than this beta branch.
