Jocasta Steps Out of the Shadows: What the New VisionQuest Spot Actually Changes

Marvel did not wait until October 14. A 30-second VisionQuest spot dropped over the weekend and did two things the D23 trailer only hinted at: it named the threat, and it let Wanda and Vision’s son run.

Jocasta is on camera

T’Nia Miller is listed on Marvel’s official VisionQuest page. The new promo puts her opposite Paul Bettany. In the comics Jocasta was built as Ultron’s companion; the spot sells her as the force Vision may not beat.

Tommy runs

Marvel’s synopsis says a bounty forces Vision on the run with Thomas Shepard, who may be Vision’s son, reincarnate. The spot shows superspeed. That is Ruaridh Mollica as grown Tommy Maximoff after Agatha All Along.

Same year as Doomsday

Two episodes land Wednesday, October 14 on Disney+. Weekly chapters follow. The finale is November 25. Avengers: Doomsday hits theaters December 18.

What the spot actually changes

Watch it on Disney+. Two episodes first, then weekly. The gossip cycle will chase whose brainwaves sit inside Jocasta. The spot does not answer that. It only shows the collision.
