The rebuilt assistant can use personal context, on-screen awareness, and app actions, but you join a waitlist in Settings, it is blocked for users under 13, and iPhone in the EU does not get it at launch. French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish are slated for October. If the phone is a 15 Pro or newer, that is where the queue actually starts.
