watchOS 27.2 rolled out over the weekend and gives Siri AI on Apple Watch something it never had before: memory of previous conversations. On Series 9 and later (or Ultra 2 / SE 3) paired with a compatible iPhone, you can now reference a recommendation Siri made days earlier instead of starting from scratch. Responses are also faster, and language support expanded. It’s a small software step that makes the wrist feel more like a continuous assistant.
