- Grooming, meaning trying to build contact with a minor for sexual purposes.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or soliciting sexual content from minors.
- Sharing links to, or asking for, any such material.

2. Who can use WebyPost
WebyPost is only for people aged 18 or over. Accounts we find belong to minors are removed.

3. How to report
- In the app or on the website: use Report on any post, comment, article or listing.

We review child safety reports as a priority.

4. What we do
- We remove violating content and permanently ban the accounts involved.
- We preserve relevant information and report CSAM to the authorities as required by law, including India's National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and the relevant authorities in other countries.
- We cooperate with law enforcement requests.

5. Laws we follow
WebyPost complies with applicable child safety laws, including India's Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the laws of other countries where the app is available.

6. Child safety contact
The person responsible for child safety at WebyPost can be reached at [email protected].

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local police (in India, dial 112) or report at cybercrime.gov.in.
